There's always a drawer for chips

Things get abandoned in the hood all the time. This chest of drawers is probably from the room of some teenager who has outgrown his/her uniforms and whose bags have outgrown the drawer. But surely there'll always be a drawer for chips.

While things typically get abandoned at the void deck or beside the bin, they occasionally lose their way in the lift.
